I gave birth to my little boy less than three days ago the birth was so good and managed to do it only using gas and air also I didn't need stitches but now I have really bad back pain in my lower left side of my back it's so uncomfortable and I can't do the simplest of things without feeling uncomfortable what could this be and how can I ease the pain or even get rid of it!!

So sorry that you are in pain. Have you mentioned it to the MWs?

Congratulations on the birth of your son. My son was born 7 weeks ago and the first week my lower back was very painful and I struggled to sit down, I was told is was most likely bruising to the tail bone. It could also just be general swelling, bruising and nerve damage but id definitely tell your midwife and get it checked out.
I found a heat/oat bag and hot baths helped ease the pain. X
