7 weeks pp few questions

I’m 7 weeks pp and still have a dull ache in my lower back whenever I lie down to go to bed or if I’ve been out walking around with the pram, j also get dull pain ( sounds weird but in my lower bum cheeks) not sure if it the muscles or not. I had a epiostomy and 2nd degree tear and also have the dreaded haemorrhoids so not sure if that’s to do with it, does anymore else have the dull aches? I don’t know if this is normal or not? My epiostomy cut is all healed and had no worries with that. I also still feel a bit numb inside

Hi op, congratulations on your little one. I had an episiotomy and hemorrhoides too. My dd is now 5 and half months, the dull aches went around the end of November. I still get stiff if I've been sat down for a long time, try not to worry too much it's just all the muscles healing. I did see my dr as I had some toilet troubles (tmi sorry!). Visit the Drs if your worried, but give yourself time to heal x
