I put on about 3.5 stone during the pregnancy of my 2nd child a year ago. Ive lost 4 stone since birth and I'm not doing any exercise. Im eating normally and I have been abit more active around the house eg. More cleaning, washing, back upstairs because i forgot something,tidying up etc. Friends are telling me I've lost a lot. Im still within the normal BMi but i think its quite lot.
Did anyone have a similar experience? Is this normal? Should i go doctor? Thanks
