Hi, I had my lb 4 weeks ago today and the cut has now healed up but sometimes when I sit down I can still feel a bit of a dull pain, is this normal and does it just take a bit of time for it to fully heal? Not sure if I’m jumping the gun and I’m guessing it may take a month or so to not ache

I had this - long time ago now but I think it was something bizarre like excess scar tissue - had a simple painless procedure where I think the scar tissue was burnt off and I was as right as rain - apologies if this sounds hideous but it sounds far worse than it was, it took about 10 seconds and didn’t hurt at all.

Mine felt like that for a good while after. Even 7 years later I can feel it if I ride a bike or sit in a certain position, not pain but can feel where it is IYSWIM.

I had to have mine cut open and resewed under general anaesthetic a year later because midwives and health visitors said it was "fine" and "it's healing nicely ". When it was neither. It's called a Fenton's procedure. Tell someone if it's a problem.
