Hi there, looking for a bit of advice hopefully!

I had SPD with my 3 pregnancies, first two the SPD went immediately after I gave birth and it had been bad all the way through. My third pregnancy was slightly easier as I had chiropractor appointments instead of physio up until 32 weeks, at which point it stopped working and progressively got worse and I ended up basically bed bound for the last two weeks.

So I had my third baby on Thursday and expected the SPD to disappear as before but it's just as bad. If not worse! I can't stand upright holding my baby, I can barely walk and actually sitting is really uncomfortable, I'm only comfy laying on my side with a pillow between my knees.

Does anyone have any advice or has anyone heard of wrapping? Someone mentioned this to me but I can't seem to find any info on it that seems to be right...

Thank you!!!
