Worried about prolapse

I had a fast second labour 5 weeks ago. Minor tearing that didn’t need stitches so recovery ok that way, but in first few wks had grim piles. I kept saying to dh I felt weird in vagina, as if I’d had prolapse, but it seemed to get better as piles got better.

2 days ago I had a quite constipated poo, and since then have felt a bulging sensation in vagina. Investigated in shower and feel as if muscles between vagina and back passage are bulging, but also discovered I could feel something higher up. Bit rank but feels like hard, rubbery lips so I’m assuming my cervix is hanging down a bit. It goes up if I draw in pelvic floor.

Does anyone know if this is normal at this stage pp? Will I be normal again if I work on pelvic floor? Bulgy feeling felt less today so maybe area was aggravated. I will go to gp but wondered if anyone had a prolapse and if this sounds like what I’m describing.

Hello! I'm sorry your feeling like that! I have had similar issues, my doctors reassured me it was my pelvic nerve during labour I had damaged it. They said it needs time to heal. Do you have any other symptoms? Mine were very sensitive bits, numb perineum
