Sex after c section

So as the header says...

When did you have sex after having a c section?
My midwife said 6 weeks... I honestly don’t think im going to last that long. My sex Drive has gone into over drive.

I’m only 9 days pp after a very clam emergency section, failed induction which lead to section.

9 days is not long enough in the slightest for your body to be healing well enough for you to have a shag.
Think advice is 6 weeks? You’ve had major surgery.

I did after 7 or 8 days, it was fine, didn't cause any problems.

Probably sooner than if I had had a vaginal birth!
I can't remember tbh but much sooner than 6 weeks. When you feel like it, just nothing too energetic

I waited about 3 weeks until bleeding had stopped, had to take it very easy but was fine!

Yes I’m planing on waiting until bleeding stops. I’ve been out walking every day since getting home, each day a little further. The Physio at the hospital said that would help with the healing process.
