Help please. Why am I bleeding again??? 2 weeks after period

My baby is 3 months old and when he was around 10 weeks old I came on my period. It was spotting on and off since he was 9 weeks old then on week 10 it was heavy for over a week!! It stopped for 3 days then I got cramps and it’s back again heavy! Is this normal? I feel it’s not and should call the dr tomorrow to speak to someone

Anyone please? Today has been really heavy and I’ve called my gp and have an appointment tomorrow so an internal exam but I’m unsure what that could tell them?

Hi, I had this when my period first started back. It was so much blood and I was really worried. The Dr reassured me it was normal.

Try not to worry. I felt so silly after that it was just my period but it feels so scary doesn't it.

I think it's just your system getting used to things after all that it has been through
