Building up milk supply after dehydration

DS is 4 months old and exclusively breastfed.

Over the weekend I had very severe d&v - on Friday night and into Saturday morning I couldn't even keep tiny sips of water down. I managed one small piece of toast on Saturday, but a further two slices in the evening proved too much for my stomach to bear!

Feeling much better now - have had two slices of toast and about to have a bit more, plus comfortably able to drink again now.

However, while I was ill, I got quite dehydrated and obviously nothing going in regards nutrition either. I think this has had a negative impact on my milk supply and was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to build it up again quickly but gently (ie not fenugreek), other than plenty of fluids?
