Breastfeeding

Hi,

I'm after advice about how you 'dress' your breasts after a feed?

Baby was born yesterday (17/8/18) and I'm currently putting lanolin on nipple then breast pad onto boob and bra back on.

When I come to remove the pad from the boob for the next feed my nipple is stuck to the pad and hurts a bit to pull away.

Are there any tips or tricks?

Thanks,

S. X

I found this! I used a cotton pad and put that on the nipple after nipple cream then the pad then the bra. Failing that I used slightly less nipple cream. Hope that helps a little

I bought some silver breastfeeding cups from amazon which my friend recommended for my poor cracked nipples. They held my clothes etc away from my nipples, and they healed within a couple of days. Really recommend them. Not cheap tho.
