Electric breast pumps

Hi,

Returning to work soon. Baby will be a year old so moved on to cows milk in the day. However I’d still like to breast feed before he does to bed and possibly first thing in the morning/through the night. I’m a bit concerned about becoming engorged through the day while at work and I’ve never been able to hand/manual express. Does anyone know if an electric pump would work? Is it as simple as putting it on and then it removes the milk - no effort required?

It’s as easy as that yes! I bought mine (spectra) from amazon. Pretty cheap but convertible to a double if needed and really effective. They’re hospital grade so pretty quiet, work should really support you in finding a private place to express too. Good luck!

Thank you :) I’ll search amazon for that one.
