Is it worth investing in a postpartum girdle? I can't find any scientific/reliable evidence to suggest they are worthwhile Hmm

I looked in to this but decided against it in the end. I just decided to eat often and healthily, my stomach (after an EMCS) is almost completely flat at 11 weeks post partum.

I wore one for the first 3 weeks and my stomach was almost completely back to normal after that. Not sure if it would have happened anyway, but I liked the support it gave to my stomach and back

Personally I wouldn't. Your body is made to shrink back at its own pace and often I see women who have worn these have ended up with that wrinkly loose skin, as if it's been forced down quicker than it's been ready to. I'm 6 weeks pp and my stomach is almost back to normal
