Finished breastfeeding 5 months ago and woke up with engorged boobs?!

Hello! I only breastfed for a week and now 5 months later I’ve woken up with what feels like engorged boobs and one of them has leaked. Has anyone experienced this? Should I go and see the doctor???

Go see your GP. You may have raised levels of prolactin which can be caused by various things. My MIL had this many years ago and it was due to a (totally benign!) issue with her pituitary gland. Try not to panic, it is most likely something harmless but you do need to get it checked.
