Postpartum thyroiditis

Hello moms
After 5 horrible months PP. I was diagnosed with PPD and I did take blood test every months after birth, finally I got the right diagnose PP thyroiditis overactive phase. When I was 8 months PP I went to underactive and reaching borderline at 10 months PP (May). On my last test (june) showed that my TSH was getting better and t4 and t3 did look great. The only symptom left after so many is like a sore throat since 3 months PP. I have got two ultrasounds and my thyroid gland looks normal and no sign of goiter but this sore throat feeling is killing me. The only thing that the doctor found was a swollen lymph but it was 4mm. How long did it last? For those that PP thyroiditis resolved itself. Thx
