Hair loss help

I've been preganant or BF since mid-2016 so enjoyed lovely thick, shiny pregnancy hair for two years (had recurrent MCs before precious DC was born). Now I'm winding down BF my hair is falling out in huge clumps and has gone all dry and horrible. Boo.

Anyone got any miracle hair products to recommend which helped preserve their shine??

Hey im 6m pp, baby ff and been losing hair for 2 to 3 m now. I bloody hate it. Ive been taking Hair, Skin and Nails multivits and also i only wash my hair twice a week. I treat it very gently and do very little styling with it as this makes it worse. . This meant i put off dying my grey hairs for a while. I cracked last night and died it with Nutrisse and i actually feels softer and shiner than anytime in last 6m

I think im through the worse of it but my pony tail looks like a pigs tail now its that thin.

I sympathise @Zephyrsinskyatnight. Have the vits been helping do you think?

They help A little with the condition of it (nails in great shape). They dont reduce hair loss, nothing does. But the Nutrisse really gave it a boost more than the vits.
