Pain 4months after c section

Hi just wondering if anybody has any experience or knowledge of this really?? I had a grade one emergency section 15 weeks ago (is my second section had emergency section with my first two years before this one). I also had a interior rupture during the section not sure if that makes a difference. The recovery physically was a lot harder the second time but by about 6 weeks I was feeling pretty good and not had any trouble, scar just took a while to heal up due to some stitches poking through. Anyway about 3 days ago now I have been experiencing quite a lot of pain/pressure in my lower abdomen/pelvis area. It's like a constant dull achey pain and is tender along incision but it's not anything crazy just there all the time but gets worse sometimes and paracetamol and ibroprofen haven't really made any difference to it.

Has anybody else experienced this?? Or have any clue what it could be? At first I thought it was period like as felt quite bloated with it too but I am exclusively breastfeeding and didn't get periods back until 8months first time and obviously haven't had any sign of that. Am just but concerned it's something to do with section?

Any help will be much appreciated!

You poor thing, I'm so sorry that you're still having pain. I had tenderness when bending or putting any pressure on my incision site for about 6 months after my c section but it wasn't a constant dull ache. I had a pesky infection after that took a while to get under control so that might be why it took so long for me. I think you need to take it to your GP and get it checked out just to put your mind at rest. You obviously feel like something isn't right x
