Womens Physio - NHS referral?

For pelvic floor troubles.

Anyone know if this is available on the NHS in Scotland, and if so can I self refer?

Don't want to make a GP appointment and waste their time if I can refer myself.

My health visitor referred me to physio rather than GP. Not sure about self referral

MW referred me. However I have just gone private as the short NHS appointments just weren't enough.
