6 months pp.

Back on birth control at approx 10 weeks pp when my first pp period started. Periods was super heavy nd was back in maternity pads.

Few periods after were heavy but okay for normal pads changed every 3-4 hours.

Birth control stopped start of April due to family medical history change so doctor not able to give me my usual method.

First period after this started today and it's crazy - running out when I went to the toilet. Currently have a super plus tampon and pad in/on so will see how this goes.

Do you think this could be a mixture of post childbirth periods and coming off the birth control so quickly (mid pack of pill)?

Mixed reviews online about if heavy bleeding this far after birth is normal or not.

I went on bc 8 weeks after pp. I started to bleed heavily and it didn't stop. Came off bc and bleeding stopped. So I went back on it. Bleeding started again and wouldn't stop. Have cone back off bc again and so far bleeding stopped and I hope to have Normal periods

Are you bF? When I questioned my problems they put it down to hormone changes from BF.

Having a baby screws up your body.

Baby is formula fed. Always has been.
After being on and off birth control, plus having the LO I think I'm taking a year off birth control to let my body settle into a natural rhythm again. This is just crazy.
