First period after having baby

So right now I’m kinda freaking out. I have contacted my doctor and she has prescribed Tranexamic Acid but I’m currently on day 12 of this period and it shows no signs of stopping. Has anyone else had this for their first period after having a baby? I don’t know if it affects it but I’m also on 50mg of Sertraline a day to treat postpartum anxiety.

I just want to be back to normal already.

My first period (after pp bleeding) was for about a month. I went through a pack of the pill being on the whole time and came off as I started the second pack. It took a few months to settle down but it's just your hormones getting back to normal
