Period 18 days after c - section

Hi, wondering if anyone experienced this. I had my second section 18 days ago. Completely stopped bleeding by day 14.
Got some period cramps last night and today it's like I have my period?
Can this happen so soon after section or could it be that I over did it yesterday?

With my first I bleed for 6 weeks and period didn't return till 3 months!

My lochia bleed also stopped within a couple of weeks- and wasn’t much to begin with.

Are you ff this time? I heard that can really speed up the return of your period. Bf keeps the periods away, conversely.

Thanks for reply. Im ff feeding. After much googling I think it's just the bleeding after section. It's been on and off not much though.
