We are doing this study to find out about women's labour and birth experiences in a number of different countries worldwide. Your answers will help us to compare what women think about care during birth in different countries. We hope to use the survey results to find out about what women think works well, and to use that information to improve care in future.
We are a group of healthcare researchers working on a large research project called Babies Born Better (B3) (www.babiesbornbetter.org). The survey was started as part of an EU funded project and it is now managed by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in the UK.
