I can't find a lot of Information in this in the uk it seems more popular In America. Any views on this are welcome.

Does anybody have any experience of using a post op girdle after a c section?

Does anybody have any medical advice on it?

I got some large knickers from John Lewis, specifically for post c-section. They were light light Spanx and held me all together. I felt more secure wearing them and was up and about walking just 6 hours after the op.

Thanks! That's a good idea. I think I might get some Spanx as an alternative to a full on girdle. I had my section on Saturday morning and I was up that afternoon but I just feel like I need something to 'hold me together'!!

These are what I bought. They have a panel where the scar will be: https://m.johnlewis.com/cantaloop-caesarean-section-briefs-pack-of-2-white-black/p587769?sku=232192842&skwcid=2dx92700027454023961&tmad=c&tmcampid=2&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1Zmm2d7i2QIVyb3tCh1PHgLcEAQYAiABEgLyeeDBwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Quite expensive! But so comfy and I still wear them now!!!
