Aches...

Hey. I'm 4 months on from having my second baby. I have a sore side that goes into my back. Doesn't stop me doing anything and it's not painful just a dull ache. Been to doc and he said probably just body after pregnancy... anyone else have aches this long after? I had a c section

Go to a Physio
I was fobbed off again and again and told it's normal
It's not
My pelvis was misaligned
But because I left it so long it's fucked now but you are still early on so get to a Physio! Pay privately if you have to!
