Hi ladies. I'm a ftm about 11 weeks postnatal, delivered by c section. My PP bleeding stopped at around 6-7 weeks. But when I woke up this morning I noticed blood on my undergarment that was dark brownish in some parts and bluish green in other parts. As you can imagine I was quite shocked. I don't think it's normal period blood either because it's stopped, and my periods are usually heavy on the first day and red- not dark brown or bluish. I wonder if anyone has experienced something like this? Is it normal to for pp bleeding to disappear for a while then return? For it to have bluish hue?
I have no other symptoms of: Smell, irritation, temperature, feeling unwell, pain, discomfort etc.
I've been told my stitches are well healed, an a urine test at 8 weeks did not reveal any infection.
The only symptom I've had is slight pulling pain towards the right side of the surgery area after doing some stretching last night.
