Hi
I'm 12 weeks postnatal, and have been feeling really low. When I look in the mirror it's just isn't what I want to see. I don't mean body wise, I feel really unhappy with my appearance.
Is this normal? Did other mums feel like this? Confused

Do you mean that you look tired? Or mumsy?
Can you explain how you feel in more detail?
I struggle with knowing what to wear for it to be practical aka boring....but also not too old and mumsy iykwim. Although i know i am now a mum i dont want to be too frumpy.

The only way I can describe it is that I look plain. Yeah I'm defo feeling like I don't want to look mumsy. I used to wear dresses/ pinafores everyday before pregnancy. But my partner told me after I had my baby and started wear normal
Clothes again that he does not like what I wear so that did not help xx

Men can be so tactless at times. Oh dear. Is there a reason you cant go back to your normal clothes....if not yet then eventually?? I dont think there's a reason you have to lose your identity when you become as mum.....

I feel like I don't want to wear them now as my partner said he doesn't like them. He prefers what I wore in pregnancy
