Feeling "kicks" when not pg?

Since my twins were born just over a year ago, I often feel something exactly like the babies moving during pregnancy - sometimes I even get little muscle twitches so it looks like there are little kicks... except I'm definitely not pregnant! Does anyone else get this? Wonder if these are sensations I've always had but now associate it with moving babies. Always freaks me out!

Hi I thought it was just me that got this! I am 9 months post partum now so I figured my uterus would have fully gone back by now but I'm not sure. I feel twitches like a muscle jumping; it feels similar to early pregnancy when you start to feel the first little kicks. It's very strange and I don't know how long it will last.

I get this quite often. It makes me broody!

It's certainly doesn't make me broody as 9 month DS has been a 'spirited baby' and I'm exhausted and couldn't even envision a second one any time soon!

I had this too. It made me question how many times I had felt DC move and how many times it was just a fart Grin

Showed my husband the other day as I had a muscle in the upper part of my abdomen twitching and it looked and felt like kicks - I thought I was going mad, thought it was just me! Very heavy and long periods regularly so definitely no pregnancy, but every time it happens I feel a sense of panic (no more twins please!)

Yep I get those! Weird feeling. Comforting for some reason!
