Postnatal tummy squashed

With DC1 I had separate stomach muscles which took two years to go back towards anything vaguely resembling a flat stomach. So this time I’m looking into getting some sort of post natal support but not sure which one to go for. Comfort (lol) more important than price.

I’ve just finished a course of physio for my diastis recti and the advice I was given was not to use a support as you don’t end up using your core again properly which is key to fixing the problem.
I’m eyeing up the MuTu programme but it’s quite pricey so want to be sure I’ll stick to it before I part with my cash!!
