What to expect at 8 week post-natal check

As the title says, i’m wondering what to expect? Is it just a few questions, or something a little more in depth?

Both of mine have lasted about four minutes

• how are your stitches? Do you want me to look?
• how are your bowels?
• how's your pelvic floor? Are you doing your exercises?
• are you ok?
• what are you doing about contraception?

The baby's check is slightly more in depth. Weight/length/hips/etc.

At my check they asked how I was doing, my mood and about my support network. If we had tried sex and if there was any issues. Any issues with going to the toilet. Other than that nothing else. She did a check on DS as well which was basically the same as the hospital checks.

Ah lovely thank you. I won’t bother asking someone to entertain ds for me then!
