Intermittent bleeding 12 weeks post labour

My bleeding stopped around 5 weeks. I then had 2 days of light bleeding week 9 which then stopped, and 3 days light bleeding at week 10. I'm now bleeding again at week 12.

I will speak to gp tomorrow but just wondered if anyone else had this? Assuming it's hormones but surprised to have it so irregularly. Wondering if they ever investigate. ..

To add, it's 3rd baby, he is ebf and I'm pretty old ( in 40s! ) in case any of that relevant!
