Congested and snuffly baby

Hi, just looking for some advice. My 12 week old baby has always been a bit sniffly. Recently it seems to be getting a bit worse, especially early hours and in the morning when just woken up. She hasn't got a cold or anything so just wondering what it could be and if it's normal? She's very snuffly and makes snorting noises when she breathes. She sneezes quite a lot and also coughs. At the minute I use saline drops to help clear her nose and one of those squeezey extractor things to clear any snot that is visible. Thank you in advance.

If she is sneezing, coughing and snuffly are you sure it's not a cold?? Other reasons could be either reflux or cows milk allergy if formula fed. If breastfed baby could be lactose intolerant and getting it in your milk...
