I am an admin in a FB group for women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP). We are admitting more and more young moms who have discovered they have POP. If you have incontinence issues, pain or discomfort with intimacy, can’t keep a tampon in, or you feel like your pelvic floor has issues maybe ask your doctor to check you for POP. There is an awesome website Association for Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support (APOPS). Also, check out this book! Pelvic Organ Prolapse: The Silent Epidemic.
