As it sounds like a fresh bleed I would say go straight to hospital to get it checked.

Prob you've moved more today and strained a bit so maybe get checked but am sure you're ok? I remember days I walked more I bled lots more when I thought I'd stopped .

My health visitor told me today that if my bleeding (do is 11 days) was to get so bad it was running down my legs and clots were bigger than 50ps I should call an ambulance. So even if it's slowed down I would go to the hospital x
