11 week feeding routine

I've switched from breast feeding to formula. My DD is 11 weeks tomorrow and is currently taking 5oz during the day every 2 1/2 hours and then two night feeds between 11pm and 5. Does anyone else have any ideas on how to get her to go longer between feeds and maybe sleep through??

You could try "loading" her, so offer her a bit more food before you put her down. But 11 weeks is early to be going for long periods at night. She just still needs the calorie top up through the night at the moment. There is probably not much you can do. Hang in there!

I'm on the same wave length. I have a 7 week old who is only taking 2-3 ounces every 2 hours and wakes twice between 8pm-5am. I'm desperately trying to get him to go maybe 3 hours between feeds but he screams for it at exactly 2hour mark. I know he's only young but I feel like I'm constantly feeding him. I've tried given him more but he doesn't take it and just get bunged up with wind. If you find any answers or solutions please share Hmm

My 11 week old was doing the same and it seems like such a large volume over 24 hours.

A few weeks later and it's a lot less so I assume it was a growth spurt (he no longer fits in any of those clothes too!)
