I had a baby girl via elective section 5 weeks ago, bleeding had pretty much stopped other than the odd pink bit on wiping but last night and this morning I've having bright red bleeding with small clots (not unlike my normal AF). I'm exclusively breastfeeding so am unsure if this means my cycle is returning? Before having my baby I didn't have a cycle for 18 months due to PCOS and only had regular cycles while on metformin to treat it!!
