For mum to mum support drop in to one of the postnatal support groups in Catford or Ladywell
In Catford there is a lovely cafe so bring extra money for coffee and cake - then plan to stay on for lunch with the other mums
Ladywell is in the Good Hope Cafe - so come early to have lunch with other mums or stay on for coffee and cake
