Possible PND, anyone else?

Hello :)
I've got a 6month old boy and have been feeling up & down in my moods for a while so I went to the doctors and she didn't actually diagnose me with PND but has prescribed me Citalopram.
I feel so alone in what seems to be a world of extremely happy mums and babies xx

Just wanted to say - you're not alone. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old and have been really struggling since the birth of my son. I feel low a lot of the time and lack self esteem. This is affecting my relationship with my husband and I feel like I'm not being the best mum I could be.

Well done for going to the doctors. I still haven't got the courage to do that. Have you started taking the Citalopram? Do you know how long it will take to work? Please come back and chat if you feel you need to x
