Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations on pelvic floor toners? They are vast differences in prices and I can't really find anywhere which has independent advice / reviews

Never used one, but the NHS has a useful app that reminds you to do pelvic floor exercises

I bought an Elvie mid pregnancy as I thought I was having a pelvic prolapse and my specialist referral didn't come until I was 38 weeks pregnant (turns out it was varicose veins! - TMI sorry!!) anyway, the toner is very pricey (£140 I think) but I can't tell you how easy and quick it was to use. Syncs with your phone so you can see yourself improving and within a week of using it I was much stronger down there even when coughing or being sick. The specialist I eventually saw also told me that the NHS see them as the best on the market.

Pricey but mega worth it if you don't want to pee yourself every time you sneeze!!
