So after having my first child I needed physio to help correct the issues I had with my pelvic floor, I had continence issues (both types) and risk of prolapse.
After quite an intensive programme of exercises I felt normal again but with a warning not to lift any heavy weights. Fine.
Fast forward and I've now had my second and had no problems during my pregnancy with her even though I thought I would. She's now nearly 6 months. Then the other day I unavoidably had to carry my ds for a prolonged period of time (he's three) and now I've got that uncomfortable prolapse feeling again
I've started the exercises again but I'm mildly panicking that as I'm older and had another pregnancy in between that it won't ever be right again. Can anyone talk me down? Do I need to go back to the physio?
