I had an emergency c section with DS2 6 weeks ago and had some bleeding for around 3 weeks post op. My period then started at 4.5 weeks and so far it's lasted 13 days and just when I think it's finished I get more bleeding. The cramps stopped after 2 days and it's definitely a period and not post op bleeding but I normally never have a period this long. Is this normal? DH thinks maybe it's because I'm overdoing it and not eating much at the moment as well but I'm not sure. I'm sure with DS1 my first period took a while to return after the EMCS and didn't last this long. Should I be worried?
