Finally got myself together and went to the doctors yesterday. He prescribed me Sertraline for a week and I have to go back next week and he'll give me more if all going well.
He asked if I wanted to be referred for counselling and I declined. Instead he agreed to give me a prescription on the basis I phone this place for a chat (I think it was called 'Think' or something similar). You phone them and they arrange a time for a nurse to call you back for a chat. I need to have this consultation before appointment next week. He told me to get number from reception but I was all teary and embarrassed so I just hurried out. Figured I could find it online but can't seem to.
Anyone know who the go was referring to? TIA x
