Can't feel sex after birth of second child

This is a really embarrassing problem for me and I don't feel like I can talk 2 anyone about it (hence why I've resorted 2 asking for advice on here). Basically since having my second child I can't really feel anything during sex, my husband says its OK for him but I know he's just telling me this 2 spare my feelings. I just feel like I'm never going 2 enjoy sex again for the rest of my life! I've seen things on line like tightening creams and pills, and also kegals. I'm just wondering has anyone ever tried any of these things and do they work?? Thanks in advance

Yes, exercise can work.

Go to your GP and ask for a specialist physio referral.

Can they give me a referral for that? I mentioned it 2 my doctor before she didn't seem very interested she just told me 2 do pelvic floor exercises

'Pelvic toner', they're fairly expensive but definitely work. I did see somewhere that you could get them free through your gp if you think you'd benefit but not sure if that's true.

I wouldn't try creams or pills..there's other methods that are a lot safer but that's just my opinion Smile

How old is baby no2? You need to give it some time

I wouldn't mind it being expensive if I thought it would work. Thanks I'll def Look in 2 that

I think it was around £35, which might not even sound expensive to some people haha, I got it a couple of years ago and can say that personally it made a huge difference.

I was afraid after having babies, sex wouldn't feel as great. Well after researching, doing kegals and finding Myotaut serum, I feel so much more confident. It really does work. Not only does this product work but I LOVE how all the ingredients are natural!!
