Hi I posted on here in the depths of vomiting bug despair on Saturday. Am feeling better but it's been bug after bug for me (and the baby) recently.
He doesn't sleep much and I'm BF so neither do I so think I'm very rundown. My immune system used to be great!
Apart from improving my diet which is difficult (tired mummy just wants chocolate and coffee!) does anyone have any tips? Vitamins I can take? Thanks X
