how do i treat the rash around my 5 week olds mouth??

Hi all - my ds is 5 weeks old - he is ebf.
He has had this rash for the last 5 days no temp at all

I have tried putting breast milk on it and cooled boiled water but it still looks very... angry.

I think it's either dribble rash or possibly when DD (6) decided to use a baby wipe to wipe his face (grrrrr)

any suggestions on what I can do to help him??

Could be baby acne

Really?? I thought he might be a bit old for that at 5weeks

My DD's baby acne started at five weeks, I just carried on putting breast milk on it. It took a few weeks to clear up, double check with the HV though.
