Hello, I'm 18 weeks post partum.
I've read about phantom kicks and know they are quite common after birth BUT how regular are they??
I honestly feel these "kicks" about 6-7 times a day, is this normal?
Help!

My youngest is 10! I still get them

They've got less frequent as time has gone on. I think it's a combination of your mind playing tricks and perhaps interpreting wind during pregnancy as extra kicks iyswim. Anyway, you sound normal Wink

It's just all your insides rearranging themselves I think. They get pushed about a fair bit in pregnancy.

Thanks
I just wasn't sure if it was "normal" or not to feel it so frequently!

if you're ever worried about anything then no GP will mind reassuring you.
