Baby Blues

Hi All

How long do baby blues last? My baby is 4 weeks old, I have been suffering with anxiety, low mood and a mind that is sending me a bit crazy x

It varies for everyone.
The key is loads of support from other people. Make sure you ask, and talk as much as possible. If that doesn't work or you start to feel completely on the edge then it might be worth chatting to your gp about antidepressants.
