Hello, I'm due any day now, and am keen to use some sort of shaping girdle / corset after birth. This is my second child, I didn't use anything like that with my first and my natural shape was left slightly out of proportion with a protruding belly, which became more exaggerated when I put on some weight.

It's not that I'm aiming to be perfect or skinny, but I just want to help my figure to achieve normal proportions so I can choose clothes I like without worrying that I look pregnant!

I've seen good things about Bellefit, and one called squeem. I want something that will be comfy enough to wear all the time but really work and adapt as my body shape changes.

Would love any advice or recommendations!

I just went with Spanx and they helped massively! They're very discreet too. I got the £35 ones that go from waist to thigh!

Oooh interesting thread. I had a c section two weeks ago and also looking to buy a support belt/girdle type thing to try and help things get back to normal and give me some support. Would be interesting to hear from any other people who have used one after a section with some success. Good luck op with your imminent arrival xx
