3 Months PP Spotting

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to know if anyone experienced spotting postpartum? I've noticed blood in my underwear the couple times I've been to the loo but it hasn't turned into a full blown period. No cramps. I am also ebf my daughter.

Is this AF or is it something I need to talk to the doctor about?
