I had my eight week check last week I just wondered what happened in other peoples I mentioned that I have been getting a lot of headaches since baby was born and the doctor didn't say anything g I had a third degree tear during labour and he never mentioned it or asked how my stitches where or anything I was to preoccupied with baby and only thought afterwards that he hadn't said anything about it and should I of been checked just wondered what happened at other peoples

Mine was a waste of time. She just asked how I was then if I had any issues etc. if you have issues you don't feel were resolved then go back and see another Dr x

You should have follow up apps for your tear ( to check it's healed ok and adversely affecting your pelvic floor or continence) & if you don't go back to the docs and ask about it. I'm sure it's all fine but it does need to be looked at. Your GP obviously 'forgot'!
