Constantly ill

I know it's the cold season, but I've had one cold after another for the last 2 months or so.

Have 23 month old and 6 month old and I'm exclusively breastfeeding little one although he has two solid meals a day.
Am up once at least every night .

Anyone similar?

I'm the same. All winter it has been cold after cold. My LO is 4 months and ebf. She isn't a great sleeper and I'm often up a good few times a night, I'm blaming sleep deprivation. (For everything!)

Sorry I don't have any useful advice! Fingers crossed someone will.
