loss of sensation in clitoris, vagina and nipples after difficult birth and breastfeeding traumas?

I'm over 2 years PP and have no incontinence issues or prolapse. But sex is much less enjoyable due to loss of sensation to just a fraction of how it was before in all these areas. Had poor latch and pain for months while BF and nipples aren't v sensitive anymore, which is a shame sexually. Orgasms aren't as intense, contractions are weak and my clitoris feels 'muffled'. I had an 80+ hr labour, episiotomy and forceps.

I had similar birth with dc1, eventually it improved but I still sometimes feel a strange heavy sensation as if my entire insides need hoisting up, despite being religious with my pelvic floor exercises. I got referred to gynae and he said all fine but sometimes following difficult birth there can be damage to 'pudendal nerves'. Maybe worthwhile having a chat with the doc?
